We are not a Medicaid provider, managed care plan, government agency, OPWDD provider, Care Coordination Organization, Care Management Agency, home care agency, therapy provider, law firm, or medical provider. We are not affiliated with OPWDD or any government agency.
Eligibility and Approval
We do not determine eligibility for any program. We cannot guarantee approval of any application, service, number of home care hours, or number of therapy hours. These decisions are made by the program, agency, health plan, or provider.
Your Choice of Provider
We work with local organizations, agencies, and providers to help families access services. Families are always free to choose any provider, including ones we do not work with.
